A World of Weather: Fundamentals of Meteorology - A college-level texbook on weather, written by the directors of the Penn State Weather Forecasting Certificate I am taking. Expensive but worth it. Loose-leaf format and comes with a CD-ROM with a lot of excellent examples and illustrations.
